Drareg Residential Designs L.L.C. was founded by Gerard Warren in Marietta, Georgia. Born and raised in Albany, Georgia, he discovered his passion for designing houses at a very young age. He began teaching himself how to draw houses and blueprints after his mother purchased him a house plan catalog in 2004 that he still has to this current day.

After graduating high school in 2012, Gerard continued his education at Albany Technical College in Albany where he majored in the Drafting Technology program. He graduated in 2018 with two associates degrees in Architectural and Mechanical Drafting. From then on, he spent lots of time educating himself further on CAD software, building codes, and all things construction.

After working for local drafting companies in the local Atlanta area, he accepted his calling to start his own residential design service, where he uses the best professional CAD systems to design homes. From initial concepts, to final blueprints, Gerard harnesses creativity and experience to provide exceptional services to clients.
