Modifications to the exterior and/or interior of the home may be made for an additional charge. If the modifications exceed 5 hours, our Custom Home Design services are recommended. If you wish to modify any one of our stock plans, a 50% deposit is required before work will begin, with the balance due at delivery of the final plan set.
Home Plans that we provide offer you the right to build one home. If you plan to build the same home more than once, we offer a 50% discount for each time you purchase and build the same home plan.
When you purchase a stock plan, you will receive an invoice within 1 business day. Upon payment receipt, your plans will be emailed to you in PDF format to the email address you provide. If you have any questions, please go to our contact page.
